Retainers

We offer a range of retainer options to help fit your particular needs and budget. Our retainers provide clients up to a set number of hours of work per month for a fixed monthly fee. Some clients require only one or two hours a month, while other clients may require ten, twenty or more. In exchange for an annual contract, we offer significant discounts off our ad-hoc hourly rates, with additional discounts available when the contract is pre-paid in full. Once your monthly allowance is exhausted, any additional hours are billed at a very favorable rate.

What’s Covered, and What’s Not?

Virtually all of your design and development needs can be handled under a retainer agreement with Green Egg Media. Need your copy to be updated? We’ll do that for you. Need some consulting to help figure out what you should do next? We’ll walk you through your options. Want to make some changes to your design? Not a problem. Need to add a new video section, blog, or photo gallery? We’ve got you covered.

Certain things may not be covered by a retainer agreement, including web hosting, data backup, and any processes which run on third-party servers (e.g., Exchange, Google).
