Bascom Northwest Ventures is a real estate investment company that has acquired a portfolio of over 6,200 units with total consideration of $500 million. Their niche is remodeling properties in supply constrained, urban infill markets with values between $10 million and $150 million. Bascom target markets include Northern California, Washington, Oregon and Utah.
Bascom Northwest came to Green Egg Media as a relatively new face in a saturated market where they were competing against corporate monoliths with even larger reputations. With low brand recognition, they needed a competitive advantage. We were able to provide a revamped look and feel that was designed to magnify the flagship properties in their portfolio, rather than distract from them. The website was so well received that Acquisitions Director, Robert Vallarino, described it as “exactly what we were looking for” and it has become the number one tool for attracting investors.
